Print from Linux, Mac OS X, Windows, ChromeOS, tablets, phones, and more
All the functionallity to use the Cloud Print printer is built into Google Chrome!
In addition to printing to a local printer connected to your computer, Google Chrome can also print to Google Cloud Print. When you print to Cloud Print, Chrome sends a PDF of your document to Google's servers. Then, the PDF is downloaded by a custom python script and sent to Northeastern's print queue. You will receive an email in 2-10 minutes when the document is ready to print. Documents are added to the same Northeastern print queue when printed with the Pharos driver from MyNEU or sent to mobileprinting@neu.edu. Once they are in this queue, you can go to any printer on Northeastern's campus, swipe your husky card, and print away!
This will share the Google Cloud Print Printer with you. Read the intstructions below to start using it!
